My mom has been teaching me about poetry.  We have learned about onomatopoeia, rhyme pattern, and personification so far.   I decided to write a poem about my favorite subject: horses.  I hope that you enjoy the poem.  It was fun to write.

Just like people, horses have different personalities.  Some are laid back and some are crazy.  Some are your good friends and some you just don’t get along with.  No horse is exactly the same.  We have eight horses on the ranch with eight different personalities.
